Topaz Auto

Deposit, withdraw and claim

How to enter a Topaz Auto vault with both tokens or one, how withdrawals and reward claims work, and when deposits pause.

Deposit

Start from a pool with an Auto badge in Explore, the vault’s card on the Topaz Auto overview, or New position. With Auto selected as the range, the deposit section offers two tabs.

Deposit both

  1. 1Type an amount for either token. The other side is derived from the vault’s live ratio of the two tokens.
  2. 2Review the shares you will receive and the amounts the vault may take. The vault pulls both tokens in its own ratio and refunds anything it does not use.
  3. 3Approve each token for the vault if needed, then confirm the deposit.

Where a side is the network’s wrapped native token, a toggle under the input lets you deposit the native coin (BNB on BNB Chain, ETH on Robinhood Chain). It is wrapped first, because the vault takes ERC-20 tokens only, and any part the vault does not use stays in your wallet as the wrapped token.

Zap one token

Choose one funding token and an amount. The amount is split by the vault’s current mix, the side that needs buying is swapped through 0x, and the vault mints your shares in the same transaction, returning any leftover to your wallet. The native coin can fund a zap on networks with a wrapped native token; Arc has none, so Arc vaults take ERC-20 tokens only, with USDC paying gas.

Swap legs use a 0.5% tolerance by default; a slippage you set in the page’s settings menu applies to them instead.

Price protection

A vault’s token mix moves much faster than its pool price, so a minimum based on the preview alone would fail on ordinary price ticks. Each deposit and zap instead carries a minimum set for a 2% band around the reviewed pool price. Right before you sign, the plan is rebuilt from fresh reads; if the price has left that band, the review shows the updated figures and asks you to accept them.

When deposits pause

New deposits close, with the reason shown, while a vault is paused, while the market is not calm, when the pool’s gauge has been retired, or when the vault is no longer listed. Withdrawals and reward claims stay open in every one of these states.

Your Auto positions

Auto holdings appear in Positions, in Portfolio Pools and on the pool page, each with its range status, value and claimable rewards. Opening one shows the vault, its managed range and three actions: Deposit more, Withdraw and Claim.

Withdraw

Choose how many shares to redeem, or a percentage. You receive your slice of both tokens at the vault’s current mix, with minimum amounts set for the same 2% price band. Withdrawals are never paused, gated or delayed by the strategy, and you do not need to claim rewards first.

Claim rewards

Emissions accrue separately from your shares: TOPAZ on BNB Chain, xTOPAZ on Robinhood Chain and Arc. Claim them from the position page, or with your other rewards in Portfolio, where Claim all signs one network at a time. Claiming never changes your shares or principal.

ℹApprovals
Deposits approve each token for the vault once, as other Topaz liquidity actions do. A zap approves the exact funding amount for the Auto zap contract.
