Private Swaps

Do a Private Swap

Use the integrated Private Swap form to fund from a supported EVM network and pay one recipient in a supported destination asset. The steps below describe the current main-app flow; the dedicated service can present different sign-in and recovery tools.

Integrated and dedicated experiences
The main app offers the form, recent orders, tracking and eligible refund controls at Private Swap. The dedicated Privacy site also provides hosted tools. This guide does not assume their screens or recovery-account prompts are identical.

Step by step

  1. Open Private Swap and connect the EOA wallet that will fund the order. Topaz ID smart-wallet funding is currently unavailable.
  2. Choose the funding asset and network. Keep that network's native token for gas.
  3. Choose the recipient and payout asset on the destination network. One recipient is supported in the current interface.
  4. Get an estimate. Review fees, minimum payout, slippage, estimated time, funding chain and quote expiry.
  5. Confirm the order and review the wallet prompts. An ERC-20 may need an allowance before the deposit. Every funding transaction must be on the source asset's network.
  6. Send the deposit. Non-BNB funding uses the service's Relay entry to reach the BNB gateway in that source transaction.
  7. Keep the order ID and deposit hash, then follow delivery. Recent orders let you reopen tracking. A source confirmation does not establish that the recipient has been paid.

The integrated path asks for the prepared wallet transactions; it does not require a recovery-account phrase as a normal step. If a hosted recovery tool provides sensitive recovery material, keep it private and follow that service's instructions.

Tracking your swap

After you submit your deposit, the swap moves through these stages:

1

Order created

Your order is registered.

2

Deposit submitted

Your deposit transaction has been sent.

3

Deposit detected

The network has confirmed your deposit.

4

Processing

The private route is executing and the recipient is being paid.

5

Complete

Done. The recipient has received their tokens.

If something goes wrong
A failed or delayed order needs a status and receipt check. Refund controls depend on eligibility; an accepted refund pays USDC on BNB. Recovery & Refunds.
